effective communication positive arrival stairs issues noisy garden
The front desk communication was quite effective, responding quickly to emails. Our arrival was positive, the receptionist welcomed us, offering a drink upon arrival.
There were many steps from reception to our roomwith going down then up stairs. Garden rooms faced noise issues. Ground floor rooms heard noise from above. guests could not open windows because of diners outside.

the lobby had a lovely fireplace. staff was helpful and professional. the breakfast spread included very good options.

excellent stay!
evening service christmas present
the staff provided an really good bed preparation service each evening, i really appreciated that! on christmas day, i even received a good christmas present from the hotel staff right at my door. it felt cute and thoughtful.
the breakfast did have some items listed with additional charges, a small surprise. while this wasn't a major issue for me, i think it would be better if those items were included. this could enhance the overall dining experience.

luxury amenities effective communication
the hotel provided balmain amenities in the bathroom. breakfast was superb and the service at the restaurant were friendly. pre stay communication was effective. the front desk answered my emails quickly and arranged transportation for me.
i heard noises from other rooms and the main door to the courtyard as my room faced the garden.
