I couldn't have asked for a better location - right in the heart of the old town! The rooms had an authentic design and a romantic view, but unfortunately, my bed was broken in the attic. The service was top-notch with all the essentials like car hire and housekeeping covered. The dining experience catered to all needs with both hot and cold food options. The facilities were great, but it was a bit pricey for what was offered.
I can't emphasize enough how mixed my feelings were about this hotel. On one hand, the room had a terrible bed setup with a romantic view, but the beds were quite short and arranged in a row which wasn't the most comfortable. Despite that, the service was top-notch, with options like car hire and laundry available. The location was right in the very center of the Old Town, which was great, although the actual view didn't match the photos. The dining experience was okay, with both hot and cold food offered. The facilities were decent overall, but with some hits and misses.
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel as it offered comfortable rooms with a Medieval decor and lovely views of the inner garden. However, the washbasin was quite tiny. The service was excellent, with convenient car hire and laundry services. The hotel's location, right in the very center of the Old Town, was perfect for exploring. The dining experience was good overall, with a variety of hot and cold food options. The facilities were well-maintained, making my stay pleasant and hassle-free.
