the breakfast had a small selection of cooked to order eggs, and staff mentioned this option to us.
the air con thermostat allowed me to drop to 18 degrees, but the room never got cooler. i reported this to reception and they said the engineer will only be back on monday. there were no other offers to change my room.

I found the staff very helpful and polite. they assisted me with directions and recommendations. the breakfast offered a nice selection of hot and cold items. i especially enjoyed the fresh pastries each morning. They tasted delicious, the spa services were very relaxing.
The gym was rather small. With limited equipment though, i managed a decent workout.

the sauna access was a nice addition.
i found the breakfast selection quite limited (i expected more variety). ordering eggs was an option, but no one came to take my order. i'm used to seeing fresh berries at hotels of this level across europe.

broken acallergic reaction
the air conditioner did not work proper. it was not cooling the executive double room courtyard view down enough. the room remained warm and i had trouble to sleep because of it. the restaurant served me some food i am allergic to. the waiter never asked about any allergies i have.
