mixed experience overall.
dirty bathroom unfriendly receptionist
The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area.
The bathroom was poorly cleaned. The trashcan had waste from the previous guests in it. The receptionist did not offer an apology. I think the manager is the only customer service trained person.

I found friendly staff at the hotel. The location suited my needs. It allowed easy access to nearby attractions. The breakfast had excellent choices. I noticed the hotel still smells like it is brand new

A really good boutique stay!
immaculate hotel wonderfully decorated spa delicious breakfast
I found the hotel super clean. Cleanliness is really important to me. The spa was wonderfully decorated. Its calming atmosphere made it more fun. Breakfast was also AMAZING!!!

My room had nice decor and sufficient space. The bed provided comfort. I slept very well . The room also had a modern bathroom with all essential amenities provided.

i found the breakfast selection included variety. the staff were helpful with directions. the hotel occupies a building with historical significance.
the pillows were not comfortable. housekeeping did not replace used glasses.

I found the breakfast offerings quite comprehensive. A wide variety of choices were available each morning. The room featured modern amenities, including a well kept bathroom. The location allowed convenient access to nearby points of interest.
