The location was superb. I could easily walk to major attractions. breakfast featured a good selection of items, it helped me start each day well. the staff addressed my requests quickly, i found them very responsive and helpful.

I appreciated the attentive service. The staff promptly addressed a minor issue with one of my belongings. The breakfast offered a nice variety each morning and the breakfast area was well kept. The location allowed for easy access to many attractions.

the reception team greeted me with smiles. they also offered great recommendations for local dining. their commitment to excellent service was noticeable. the room was clean. it showcased modern touches.

i originally booked a two-night stay. i ended up leaving after just one night. the carpet looked like it hadn't been replaced in 20 years. the entire room felt worn out.

worn-out room unapproved refund

the location near the louvre was acceptable.

the condition of the room was disappointing. the carpet seemed quite old, and the room had a worn-out feel to it. additionally, when i requested a refund for the second night due to the room's condition, the hotel did not approve it.
