the staff were helpful and nice they assisted with luggage on the super steep stairs. the location provided easy access from eurostar. many dining options were close by as well.

i found that sound isolation was not good i could hear neighbors and outside conversations even when windows were closed. the pillows were not comfortable so i slept without them. i noticed a bed bug which prevented sleep and caused bites.

the staff was friendly and helpful! they communicated via what's app before i checked in, a convenient way to ask about parking. the location is great and the value is excellent. i had a three bed room with a cool herman brood theme, including a drum ceiling lamp. the design added to the charm.

the stairs were narrow. access felt exclusive, but they might be difficult for some.

the hotel is close to trams to the center, really convenient! a tram stop a couple of blocks away allows easy access to museums or the central train station. bars in the neighborhood stay open late for tourists.
