The room featured premium bathroom products in sustainable pump packs, I found that thoughtful. Our room's Illy coffee machine provided excellent coffee each morning. The television embedded in the bathroom mirror added a touch of novelty, I thought it was quite unique. The location proved superb, close to many attractions, I couldn't have asked for more.

The breakfast area experienced poor service. I found that I had to wait a significant time for a table. It could be improved. More staff would help.

The hotel provides convenient access to many restaurants on the Witte de Witstraat, I counted about 4 to 5 minutes on foot. Leuvehaven metro station and the tram stop are directly outside, I noticed it immediately as I exited the hotel.

i enjoyed the proximity to public transport.. a tram stop is right outside. the 24/7 snack bar next door was very convenient. pizza from room service was quick and nice. the hot tub offered a beautiful overview.
