great location very clean room excellent communication lack of bar lack of restaurant awful bed
The location was great. I could easily walk to the main parts of town. the room was very clean. the communication was excellent because when i emailed about my pyjama bottoms, they replied immediately and said they would send them to my address.
There was no bar or restaurant, not even a vending machine. the room i stayed in, attic room 12, had an awful bed. i reminded me of i was sleeping on a slant. It was a terrible night's sleep.

some issues during stay

the receptionist was warm and cute. apply:
i booked a beautiful double room, but it didn't feel beautiful at all. apply, no staff were on site , and access was only via a pin code. plus, my neighbours booked more recently and paid almost half the price i did, even though no facilities were available. this feels unfair and quite annoying to me.

nice decor hot shower really good food
The decor provided such a warm welcome, I especially adored the hot shower. Shampoo and shower gel were all provided. I found the room quiet, and , made for restful sleep. The breakfast service was really good, and the food tasted good.

clean bathroom good shower excellent location
The room offered a very clean bathroom with a good hot shower, and the bed had a nice size. It seemed like a good value. the location provided easy access to local pubs and restaurants. i appreciated the friendly welcome i received upon arrival.
