i booked a beautiful double room, but it didn't feel beautiful at all. apply, no staff were on site , and access was only via a pin code. plus, my neighbours booked more recently and paid almost half the price i did, even though no facilities were available. this feels unfair and quite annoying to me.

The decor provided such a warm welcome, I especially adored the hot shower. Shampoo and shower gel were all provided. I found the room quiet, and , made for restful sleep. The breakfast service was really good, and the food tasted good.
