useful facilities added bonus
The location was AMAZING!!! The room had a balcony with UNINTERRUPTED views. I had hot drinks facilities. That was so useful. The pool was also an added bonus.
The car park was rather small for ALL the rooms.

perfect setting cliff walks comfy beds amazing location
i found the hotel in a perfect setting. cliff walks were close. shops, pubs, beaches, and the harbor were easy to reach too. the spa area looked lovely. the hotel offered great customer service, comfy beds, and an amazing location. the hot tub, pool, sauna, and steam room were clean. (i used them a lot!).
the balconies were sealed off, so i couldn't use them. i booked the room hoping to sit outside in good weather, but this wasn't possible.

this place has superb positioning near local shops and the gorgeous harbour. the area includes easy access to coastal walks. i could explore the beautiful surroundings easily.

my room was quite large and it included a big bathroom. i had a walk in wardrobe too. the room had cupboard with fridge and tea and coffee facilities. housekeeping restocked the room every day.

the hotel includes a great spa area with a hot tub. a pool, sauna, and steam room were available. i found everything clean and well maintained.

i really enjoyed the breakfast offerings. the chef in silks restaurant prepared wonderful meals. the service in the public areas of the hotel was also good. (the breakfast was great!).

sea view comfortable bed unsafe balcony old charm
I had a corner suite. It featured a sea view balcony. The bed was VERY comfortable!!! The large bathroom included a walk-in wardrobe.
The balcony felt unsafe. My husband and I didn't feel safe while on it together. The hotel seemed dated. It had an old charm though.

helpful staff friendly atmosphere stifling room expensive hotel
The staff were very helpful. The hotel was super clean from the front door to my bedroom on the 3rd floor. I loved the hotel decor, a very warm and friendly atmosphere (it.). The beds were really spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was light and airy.
The bedroom was stifling hot. I was baffled that they did not have aircon or even a fan, considering it is a relatively expensive hotel. They could have closed all curtains and skylights before arrival to keep the room from heating up so much. Even with the windows and balcony door open, there was no draft to help at all.
