Excellent Stay in a Great Location
clean room dental kit equipped fridge
The location was superb. I could walk to many activities I had planned. The room was very clean and included nice extras like dental kits. The mini fridge was well-equipped with snacks (a welcome surprise!).
The room was slightly smaller than I expected.

charming stay!
fluffy towels comfortable bed spacious shower
The complimentary teas and large fluffy towels were lovely! i found the bed quite comfortable. i also really appreciated the large shower. It felt so spacious. the neighborhood felt very walkable.
the entrance to the staircase felt a little insecure, but nothing too serious.

This location provides convenient access to transportation and nearby points of interest. It is very nice! several independent cafés and restaurants are accessible for breakfast and dinner within a very short walk. the area was quieter compared to other bustling parts of the city.

the hotel offers complimentary coffee and tea to guests. there is no on-site breakfast, but there is a nordic-style restaurant located just across the street. the hotel felt very secure.

The receptionists were very cute and friendly. one receptionist helped me with my luggage. she also provided recommendations for breakfast spots. This was much appreciated.

the beautiful double room was beautifully decorated. neals yard toiletries added a touch of luxury to my stay. the room featured a wonderfully comfortable bed and a strong, warm shower.

a mixed stay
steep stairs limited support
the location was convenient for getting around the city centre it was quiet too
i didn't like finding out the hotel feels more like an airbnb than a hotel support services were limited the stairs were steep without handrails lugging luggage was tricky and concerning no fire safety instructions were visible

superb shower luxurious bedding steep stairs fire safety
the shower was superb! it had all the amenities i needed, including bathrobes and slippers. the bedding and sheets were luxurious, promising a great night's sleep!
the stairs were steep with no handrails, which posed a challenge when i was lugging my luggage. there was also no proper fire safety information or instructions provided anywhere, twice.
