Staying at the Oriental Residence Bangkok was a real treat! The rooms made us forget we were in the city, allowing us to relax and enjoy our stay. However, some areas of the hotel can seem neglected and bland. The location was not as close to public transport as I would prefer but is excellent for shopping and dining.
The hotel was like a home away from home, with awesome rooms featuring great views and a clean setting. The fully-equipped kitchenette, dining table, spacious bathroom, comfy king-size bed, and special room and bath amenities made the stay incredibly comfortable. The service was superb, with amazingly polite and helpful staff, offering 24/7 room services and other convenient amenities. The location was beautiful, within walking distance to the shopping area and set in the heart of Bangkok. The dining experience was good but slightly expensive, offering a wide range of choices. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything one would need for a delightful stay.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautifully designed in a modern style, spacious, and immaculately clean. The service was outstanding, with friendly staff making me feel right at home. The location was ideal for exploring the city, and the dining experience was very good. However, there were some minor issues with refilling tea and coffee in the room.
The hotel offers stunningly large, super clean, and extremely comfortable rooms, with brilliant and friendly staff. The location is perfect, overlooking parks, embassies, and shopping, just a few minutes walk to the center. Despite some maintenance issues like dead batteries in the TV remote and bathroom scales, it is a walkable distance to BTS.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room was beautiful, located on the 12th floor with lovely views overlooking the gardens of the embassies of the USA and the Netherlands. It was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The service was exceptional - the staff was friendly, very helpful, and provided great recommendations. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. The dining options, though somewhat limited for my taste, were good overall. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.
