a satisfactory stay
friendly staff good selection worn furniture noisy refrigerator
the location was really good for getting around. the staff was friendly, always smiling and ready to assist me. breakfast had a good selection.
the room seemed a little outdated. i noticed some stains on the carpet and the furniture looked worn. the refrigerator made some noise.

attentive staff hotel cleanliness smooth operation
The staff was attentive! I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. The hotel operated smoothly, even though it was quite busy.
The elevator system proved inefficient, causing noticeable delays, especially during peak breakfast times.

Costa Coffee operates inside the building, providing easy access to beverages. There is a restaurant with live band performances on site. The band played well on the Saturday night. A mini fridge with complimentary bottled water was available in my room.

The location is excellent near a market less than one minute away. The Underground station is less than a minute away too. Oxford Street is right there, offering immediate shopping opportunities.

Farah at reception was polite and helpful, even during a very busy day. Check-in staff were great and were great too prepare my room early. Hugo in the sports bar was great, though he was managing a busy bar.
