the location was really good for getting around. the staff was friendly, always smiling and ready to assist me. breakfast had a good selection.
the room seemed a little outdated. i noticed some stains on the carpet and the furniture looked worn. the refrigerator made some noise.

The staff was attentive! I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. The hotel operated smoothly, even though it was quite busy.

Costa Coffee operates inside the building, providing easy access to beverages. There is a restaurant with live band performances on site. The band played well on the Saturday night. A mini fridge with complimentary bottled water was available in my room.

The location is excellent near a market less than one minute away. The Underground station is less than a minute away too. Oxford Street is right there, offering immediate shopping opportunities.

Farah at reception was polite and helpful, even during a very busy day. Check-in staff were great and were really nice too prepare my room early. Hugo in the sports bar was great, though he was managing a busy bar.
