The breakfast choice was quite good, I suppose.
The room lacked a proper wardrobe. Instead, there was just a rack, which I thought was ridiculous. The room seemed rather dusty also. I noticed it everywhere.

the location was convenient, near the tower bridge. i found some nice restaurants around here. the breakfast had a good variety, i appreciated the multiple choices.
the tv wasn't working very well. i couldnt choose the channel i wanted to watch.

The location was amazing. i enjoyed its proximity to many restaurants. the air conditioning worked wonderfully, a huge plus as the weather was quite warm. the staff accommodated an early check-in for us. I found them helpful.
i noticed some wear in the room. i saw some missing wallpaper, and chips marked some of the furniture. also, the lighting was dim. i would have preferred brighter illumination.

The superior double room included ample space for two guests. I especially appreciated the thoughtful layout. it had a desk that helped me organise my travel documents. i also appreciated the generously sized bathroom.

the hotel staff were friendly, i felt well cared for throughout my stay. they were quick to address any questions i had about local attractions. i really valued their warm and professional assistance.

the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of fresh items. i particularly enjoyed the freshly made omelettes, they were AMAZING!!! the dining area was clean and well-kept. i appreciated this experience very much.
