The Merchant Hotel, a stunning conversion of a historic bank, is conveniently located near city center shopping and restaurants. Guests frequently enjoy the spacious and comfortable Art Deco rooms, particularly those with a lounge area and large bathrooms. Breakfast in the Great Room is often mentioned as a treat; also popular is the rooftop jacuzzi offering clocktower views, as well as the sauna and aromatherapy steam room, though some have found the in-room coffee could be improved.
