The room was a double guest room and it was quite spacious (i really liked the extra space). i found a wide range of complimentary items available, including tea, coffee, biscuits, water, shampoo, and shower gel. the staff were friendly and helpful. They quickly addressed any requests i had.
The ac in my room didn't work, a bit inconvenient. the breakfast service seemed unorganized, and it was difficult to find a table sometimes. the hotel website advertised free parking, but i had to pay £5 per day. That was a surprise.

Fantastic Stay, Excellent Facilities and Service
warm welcome spacious bedroom
The reception staff provided a warm welcome. The restaurant staff were also very attentive. I appreciated the spacious and comfortable bedroom . The gym and pool were great to use during my downtime. Both offered a convenient way to relax.
I found the air conditioning system had only two settings. The options were maximum heat or maximum cold. It was difficult to find a comfortable temperature. I also noticed a few broken tiles in the bathroom needing attention.

pleasant stay
warm pool excellent sauna spacious room
the hotel facilities were great the pool was warm and there was a steam room. the sauna was also excellent. the rooms were spacious and modern. the shower had nice power and was refreshing.
i encountered noisy conditions. the evening food quality was poor and service was slow. the leisure facilities looked old and lacked cleanliness.
