The room included a kettle. It had tea bags also. The bus stop to the city was close to the building. It was about 50 meters.
The hotel lacks air conditioning. This would be a problem during the summer months.

the customer service stood out because of a lighting issue in my room. i noticed the soft side lamps were missing from a previous stay. harsh led ceiling lights were in place. michelle at reception were very good too find two lamps. this softened the light and created a comfortable space for me.
I noticed that there was no bottled water provided in the room. It would have been a welcome addition, especially after a long day of traveling.

i appreciated the chargers for electric cars. it is a big plus, considering they are scarce in the city center. the location suited me well. i could easily walk to the Stormont Parliament building across the road.
the room was clean BUT it lacked air conditioning. i imagine it could get very stuffy during the warmer months. also, i missed having complimentary water in the room.

The hotel's foyer features a fine design with open sections. Comfortable armchairs provide relaxation near the bar. Staff members across the concierge, bar, and restaurant seemed happy. We found the staff attentive and friendly during our accommodation.
The bar service was somewhat lacking one evening, I noticed one staff member sweeping glass and there was no immediate acknowledgement when we were waiting at the bar. The server did not seem overly friendly at that moment, a slight disappointment.
