service issues need attention
poor room service room uncleaned
the location was good with a 7-eleven store right below the hotel, very convenient.
the room service was poor. the room attendants did not clean our room daily. they only emptied the bins and left, they did not change the towels or make the beds. the floor was cleaned only once or twice during our seven nights stay. i had to call the reception every evening to report a problem.

train station friendly staff breakfast variety
The hotel offered convenient access to a nearby train station. I appreciated the helpful and friendly staff. A convenient store downstairs was super handy. I found the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of tasty options to choose from.
The rooftop pool bar closed a bit early.

The hotel's gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes.. The rooftop pool had twenty loungers. a shaded section. The business center offered computers and printing services to guests wanting to work.
