cold room extra sheets
My room was quite cold. I turned the heat up but it never got warmer, I reported this twice. I requested extra blankets and extra sheets arrived instead. I tried calling reception, but the call went to voicemail and nobody never called back. Sleeping in my clothes wasn't fun, it wasn't good at all.
