location was good, but some issues
bad smell bathroom problem
the location was good for seeing things i wanted to see.
the room smelled bad when i got there. it smelled like old stuff. the bathroom wasn't good either, it smelled like a sewer. i paid too much for that.

cool views club double room nespresso machine friendly staff
the rooftop bar provided such cool views across the water i loved it the city seemed to stretch out forever from that vantage point i had a club double room the facilities included a minibar and a nespresso machine the staff were friendly. the included breakfast provided many choices
the bathroom tiles looked a little dated in a few places i noticed it after my second night it didn't detract much from my experience

the location allowed easy walks down to many sites it made exploring feel like a sweet stroll the hotel sits near restaurants gelato shops and a mini store offering good convenience for snacks and meals

the staff provided assistance any time i asked a question their eagerness added a layer of warmth to my stay the front desk managed checkin with ease even when i arrived earlier than expected i found it very helpful

rude front desk staff warm water bottle
the location was acceptable.
The front desk staff seemed bothered by my questions about the coffee machine. She looked at me like i was asking for a kidney!!! when the elevator broke, i carried my luggage down five flights. then, the gentleman at the desk gave me a warm water bottle after i asked for one due to the elevator issue. he never thanked me or apologized!
