The central location allowed easy access to many attractions. The staff offered a friendly welcome and efficient check-in. I found the refurbished room tastefully decorated with a very comfortable bed. The drinks station impressed me with fresh milk in the fridge and a coffee press.

The superior king room was fabulous. It had everything I needed, including nice coffee and drink options! The location was perfect, very central for sightseeing. The staff were amazing and always helpful, really going above and beyond.
I found the parking charges to be quite high, at £20 per day. This is a downside.

musty odortraffic noise
the room did have a distinct musty odor. it was especially noticeable upon first entering the room and did lingered throughout my stay. the noise from the street below was also a bother, even with the windows closed, a constant stream of traffic did disrupt my sleep a bit. i really thought it be quieter.
