The room included complimentary refreshments. Breakfast had fresh items.. the buffet offered many choices. The location allowed easy access to shops and restaurants.

wonderful stay!
central location friendly staff comfortable bed drinks station
The central location allowed easy access to many attractions. The staff offered a friendly welcome and efficient check-in. I found the refurbished room tastefully decorated with a very comfortable bed. The drinks station impressed me with fresh milk in the fridge and a coffee press.
Access to the room was through a service entrance. It was next to the parking area. This detracted slightly from the overall experience.

The beautiful family room featured newly re-decorated spaces with a large bathroom. It had a window. Bedding felt high-quality. I slept soundly each night. All areas felt clean and well maintained. I noticed particular attention to detail.

Fantastic Getaway!
superior king room helpful staff
The superior king room was fabulous. It had everything I needed, including nice coffee and drink options! The location was perfect, very central for sightseeing. The staff were amazing and always helpful, really going above and beyond.
I found the parking charges to be quite high, at £20 per day. This is a downside.

The breakfast offered a wide selection, including a hot food choice, and my partner raved about the sausages!!! Evening meals and cocktails were also great.

The front desk provided excellent service, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful! Dinner recommendations were very good. Staff were always smiley and willing to assist. Nothing was too much.

The bathroom had a step-free shower, helpful for my relative with mobility problems. This hotel really has thought of everything! The building had rich beauty and history, including luxurious Georgian decor with a modern twist.

The location was great. It was close to restaurants, shops, and historic places to visit. A tourist bus service was also easily accessible for sightseeing! The hotel's central location made exploring very convenient.

minor issues
musty odor traffic noise
the room did have a distinct musty odor. it was especially noticeable upon first entering the room and did lingered throughout my stay. the noise from the street below was also a bother, even with the windows closed, a constant stream of traffic did disrupt my sleep a bit. i really thought it be quieter.

The staff helped me find parking nearby since the hotel lot was full. I appreciated their assistance.
The room i was given faced a service area and was quite noisy early in the morning. I expected better soundproofing.
