The location was ideal. I found the proximity to the theaters and town center convenient. The on-site parking offered great peace of mind. I appreciated the excellent quality breakfast each morning.

The air conditioning unit was a bit tricky to operate, I think an instruction page in each room would improve the experience.

i stayed two nights with my wife the hotel was excellent. we had a standard king room in the contemporary wing it was spacious. the room had nice amenities and a great look it was a good stay for us. staff were friendly and helpful the location is perfect for walking around the town centre.

the breakfast was chaotic wrong hot orders waiting for milk and dropped crockery were common.

The location was very convenient. It made seeing the sights easy.

I found the room rather cluttered. dust had accumulated where the clutter was. I also noticed there were no coat hooks in our premium king room. It made drying our wet coats a pain. I used a piece of card to stop the bathroom window from banging, as the catch was broken.
