amazing gem near queen's!

welcome basketconvenient locationfriendly staffslipping sheet
I really enjoyed the welcome basket that was in the room. It was such a thoughtful touch. the location was also very convenient. I could easily walk to nearby shops and restaurants. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast manager. he had a great, sarcastic sense of humor!
the bed sheets kept coming off the very comfortable mattress. they didn't have elastic to stop them from slipping off the edge. it was a bit annoying during the night.

the breakfast was good with a wide variety of options (i especially liked the pastries).
My room was not properly cleaned. There was dust on surfaces, and the bathroom floor had not been mopped well. additionally, i found the noise from the street quite disruptive during the night. It made sleep difficult and affected my overall rest, i expected better soundproofing.
