Really good Stay with Friendly Staff

the welcome was warm and inviting. The team is very efficient. I found the cleanliness excellent, extending from the entrance to the rooms themselves. On-site parking proved a significant benefit, a feature many hotels lack.
The walk to the city center was a bit longer than expected, (though manageable).

the room i booked wasn't available, so i got stuck with a smaller one, a bit of a letdown. the fire escape was basically the view, so that was pretty uninspiring.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast choices included many options. The location is near the M1. I walked to numerous cafes on Botanic easily. The breakfast options were really good. I would stay here again. The room was super clean. I found the staff very friendly. Breakfast offered a delicious and great selection. They provided chocolates and a balloon for my husband's birthday. The room was clean. Shauna provided helpful information about transport during check-in. The included breakfast was excellent. I had full continental items. The menu service was prompt. They accommodated us before their opening hour. The bedroom featured a comfortable bed. The bathroom door was conveniently near the bed. It was very clean. I had gluten-free food during breakfast. This does not always happen in other hotels.
