The room was clean and of a decent size. I appreciated the use of wooden keys and glass water bottles, a nice change from plastic. The location is convenient, right next to a shopping mall. The breakfast buffet offered a reasonable selection (though I missed having bacon).

The air conditioning emitted a slight odor when turned off. The TV in the room was not working initially.

the location is excellent as it is attached to the outlet mall and next to the mtr station. the rooms are really good, and the hotel's convenient access to the mall and easy transportation around the city made it worthwhile. i appreciate the free airport shuttle, which saved me time and money. the staff were polite and professional .

the hotel did not have an electric kettle, cups, instant coffee, or spoons in the room. i was surprised by this minimal amenity.

The bathroom needed a deeper clean I saw a stray contact lens near the shower drain. Security felt lax as anyone could access the floors without a keycard. There was also a fire alarm incident that delayed my room access.

fantastic hotel experience!

clean rooms direct access convenient shuttle easy exploration

i loved how clean and well-kept the rooms were. the direct access to citygate mall through an escalator was super handy. the mtr station is just outside. the hotel provides a convenient shuttle to and from the airport, simplifying my travel. i could easily purchase hop-a-bus tickets in the mall, offering a great way to explore the area.

The room slippers felt a bit too thin. I would have liked more comfortable ones.

I appreciated the free shuttle service to and from the airport. The check-in process was very efficient due to the adequate front desk staff. The room had clean surroundings and offered a nice mountain view. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet with its wide array of options.

The bathroom sink drained very slowly.
