a pleasant stay near the river
river location peak view comfortable chaise limited options extra slippers extra bed
i really enjoyed the location near the river. the views of the peaks were lovely. the french and laos design of the hotel felt carefully planned. the pool had comfy chaise lounges.
breakfast options felt limited. when i asked, i didn't get extra slippers in the room. my child was charged 11 usd for breakfast even though there was no extra bed provided.

The resort has a relaxed feel as soon as you arrive. lush greenery, colorful flowers, and mountain views are present. a restaurant and bar are available. Both seem good. staff members are friendly and helpful (especially with directions).
the noise from motorbikes crossing the nearby bridge was a slight disturbance.

spacious room tasty food great breakfast variety
My room was spacious. It was also clean. The restaurant food tasted great. Breakfast had a great variety of choices.
The service needs some improvement. I wanted to sit outside, but this was refused. I was told all tables were reserved, yet several tables remained empty all evening.

The hotel is located near the river. It is also about ten minutes by foot from the center. I could enjoy views of the mountains from here.

The hotel has a lovely garden with many butterflies. There is a restaurant onsite. The restaurant serves tasty meals for lunch, dinner, and via room service.

The staff are attentive and responsive. The staff are helpful and kind. I noticed the staff were always available to help, from the poolboy to check out.
