generous space polite staff
the room had a daydream beautiful and the space felt very generous. staff was polite always, i saw building a bar area near to a pool, and this seemd great.
the app they want you to download wasn't useful if you send messages. i sent three messages over days, but never received a reply.

spacious room easy-to-use app cleanliness issue unwelcoming staff
The room was spacious and fine! I loved the app they provided to order room service and communicate with the front desk. It felt seamless and easy to use. All facilities looked well kept, especially the beautiful pool.
There were cleanliness issues in the room. I noticed insects and stains on the sheets. The attitude of one front desk staff was less cute. This definitely affected the overall experience.
