Breakfast had good food choices at the buffet. The provided shop sold snacks and gifts, a nice touch. Staff behavior makes you feel welcomed and are efficient. I found the location practical, due to its quick access to transport links.

I found the hotel clean and well kept. Luciany was helpful during check-in and with all my inquiries. I appreciate her assistance, and I would consider returning to the hotel. The desk staff was polite.

The room had a sleeper couch perfect for a teenager. The on-site gift shop was very handy. I also appreciated the public transport links available near the building. The shower was especially good. I enjoyed it.
