Breakfast had good food choices at the buffet. The provided shop sold snacks and gifts, a nice touch. Staff behavior makes you feel welcomed and are efficient. I found the location practical, due to its quick access to transport links.
The cost for parking and drinks seemed expensive.

I found the hotel clean and well-kept. Luciany was helpful during check-in and with all my inquiries. I appreciate her assistance, and I would consider returning to the hotel. The desk staff was polite.

The room had a sleeper couch perfect for a teenager. The on-site gift shop was very handy. I also appreciated the public transport links available near the building. The shower was especially good. I enjoyed it.

breakfast selection hotel location basic room dirty window
the breakfast selection impressed me. it had a great variety of options. the hotel location was also good, it was near public transport.
my room felt pretty basic. i expected more amenities like a toothbrush cup, but there wasnt even simple things. the room windows seemed dusty to me also and i found dirts.

the staff was friendly and helpful. They swiftly assisted me with directions. the 24/7 mini-market in the lobby offered great convenience, and i appreciated the car rental services available! the hotel also had easy access to public transport.
