The hotel offers amazing rooms with nice bathrobes and slippers, spacious, great beds, tons of storage, and smart design. Privacy may be an issue if not traveling with just a partner. The service was courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful, going the extra mile to assist guests. The location is perfect, overlooking picturesque canals, within walking distance of museums and restaurants, and near the Anne Frank House. The dining experience was superb, with helpful and friendly staff. The facilities are clean and artsy looking, offering a great atmosphere.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly decorated with some lovely details, like books and a fish on the wall. The 1 bedroom suite was beautiful, but unfortunately, it was too noisy by the canal at night and lacked welcome fruits and drinks. The service was top-notch, from the helpful staff to the beautiful lobby, garden, and art. I couldn't have asked for better assistance with parking and car services. The location was perfect, right next to the canal in the Nine Streets area, making it ideal for exploring the city. The dining experience was excellent, with delicious meals served in the open-plan kitchen. I was delighted with the facilities available during my stay.
