efficient check-in friendly staff muffled sound inconvenient parking
The staff greeted me warmly during check-in. The check-in process was quick and efficient, this made my arrival smooth. I had lunch in the hotel bar one day. The food was great. The bar manager was particularly friendly and pleasant to talk to.
The TV sound was muffled because of the glass mounting. This issue made some channels difficult to hear. The parking arrangements were inconvenient. There is no onsite parking, and the valet service takes the car a few miles away. I did not appreciate the additional cost for returning it .
