i found the staff very helpful in giving directions. they also promptly called a taxi for the airport, very efficient. the hotel has a good, convenient location near a train station. the room was very very comfy and tidy.

the room featured a complimentary nespresso machine, a mini fridge, and provided water bottles. the housekeeping service was efficient and thorough each morning. the room size accommodated my family, this included three people, without feeling cramped.

We had enough space in the family room. The single beds felt comfy and were big enough for my tall teens. bottled water, real milk, tea, coffee, and biscuits in the room was a great bonus. decent wifi was a plus. the bathroom had a mostly opaque wall. We managed fine though.
the pool was nothing like advertised, and the spa part of it did not work during my entire visit. children were shrieking and jumping in and out of the pool constantly! the gym had machines not working.

The breakfast quality seemed excellent, and I found the restaurant great for evening meals.
I booked a room with a city view and I received a view of nothing. My room sat between two huge buildings and the room itself felt fairly small. Water pressure for the shower was dreadful. A usual shower took three times as long. The smell in the corridors was sickening, like burnt sugar, and chemicals.

The restaurant was perfect. The decor was appealing, lighting was muted, and atmosphere warm. we enjoyed salads with very yummy chips. The dressing was perfect. the dubai chocolate sundae is a must.
