clean room ample space good range helpful staff
i found the room surprisingly clean. the twin room had ample space for my luggage and me. breakfast had a good range of choices! the staff were very nice and helpful.
The wifi connection could be a little spotty at times. I noticed this especially during peak hours.

the location proved convenient. it was a short walk to major museums and restaurants. i found two major grocery chains very close for convenience, a great advantage. the staff accommodated my request to switch rooms for a larger suite, a nice touch.

good access sightseeing spots quiet room
The hotel is near the Gloucester Road Station. The location provides very good access to different sightseeing spots. I found supermarkets and pubs located close to the hotel. The room was clean and quiet.
The room was too hot at all times. I opened windows , but I heard noises from businesses and traffic even after midnight.
