the location is good with easy access to the mtr. the rooms are comfortable even the bathrooms looks old. the beds were comfortable and i got a good rest.

the reception workers were helpful with directions. they provide assistance for various spots. they assisted in finding transportation routes and provided great suggestions, i found this very useful.

The reception was very kind to give us free use of the lounge. The breakfast there was included! the drinks and food in the lounge tasted wonderful and the breakfast had many options. the rooftop pool was certainly a highlight.
It lacked air conditioning. this made it uncomfortably stuffy when the outside temperature was high. it needs fans.

the rooftop pool provided harbor views and included towels . the gym contained modern equipment for exercise, though i did not use it. a grocery store was just a short walk away from the hotel.

our room offered a harbor view and contained a clean, comfortable setting. the room included a usb cable for charging devices, and the beds were comfy. i found the room to be well-kept and relaxing.

the hotel staff was helpful and friendly. special thanks to wai for providing lots of information about places to visit and restaurants nearby. breakfast service staff was particularly kind and attentive to our needs during the meal.

The room was very clean and tidy I found four bottles of mineral water daily. The hotel is convenient. It is about a five-minute walk to the MTR station and tramways. I noticed a McDonald's and several cafes nearby.

the gym and pool were on the 28th floor i could run on a treadmill and swim. i enjoyed a view of the harbour while i exercised the breakfast was also good it offered variety.
the cleaning staff were noisy the curtain did not block light well. the linen had a tear the bed was torn underneath. overall the hotel seemed old and not maintained well.

The MTR station is very close making travel easy. The room included complimentary bottles of water. The shower offered excellent hot water. Mirrors were large and bright in the bathroom.
The gym was somewhat basic.

the mtr station is right next to the hotel it offered easy access everywhere the rooms are bigger than i expected of a typical hotel here. the staff let me chill in the lounge since i arrived before check in time i appreciated that.
