helpful staff attentive romona reservation manager successful proposal

i planned a surprise proposal at the hotel and the staff was helpful. romona was attentive. denise, the manager at reservation, assisted. the proposal went successfully. i enjoyed use of the pool and sauna.

the food was very average and overpriced.

Excellent Stay Near Stadium

friendly staff room upgrade comfortable beds

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. They helped us avoid traffic, as there was a match nearby. We were upgraded to a king room, quite large and clean. I appreciated the fridge in the room, and the beds were very comfortable.

During my visit, I encountered an issue with the gym.

The premium queen room had a fridge. This is rare in the uk. the room also offered plenty of hot water for showers.

The gym was acceptable.

The family room had cleanliness problems. The shower curtain had slime and handprints on it. It had not been cleaned recently, so it stuck to me during my shower.
