a dreamy riverside retreat
great warmth river view perfect cleanliness
the hotel staff showed great warmth. piaow from the front desk was genuinely kind, ensuring i felt welcomed each day. my river view room offered such beauty, complemented by perfect cleanliness. i also appreciated the spacious shower in my room.
the pool was occasionally a bit crowded, especially during peak hours.

the hotel is situated excellently for exploring the city. the nearby river ferry offers convenient access to many attractions. i found numerous restaurants and a lively atmosphere just a short walk away.

Acceptable Stay, Some Issues
late housekeeping bad massage
the housekeeping missed our room multiple times, and that really got on my nerves. even with the 'make up room' sign out every morning, it was often late. i also booked a massage thinking it would be relaxing, but there isn't a spa. the room they used was right off the lobby and just had a lounger. it's a really bad massage experience.

SUPER stay by the river
respectful staff super comfy beds
The staff were kind. They accommodated every request I made. The rooms were super clean, and the beds had very comfy mattresses. I found the service perfect. Everyone was courteous.
Expect at least a thirty-minute car ride to other areas.

The hotel is very close to many important temples. The Grand Palace is especially nearby. Stores and nice outdoor restaurants are within easy reach, AS WELL as Khao San Road for its vibrant night market. The place itself is calm.

The restaurant offered a good variation for breakfast. Bee and her team looked after me VERY well. The restaurant is conveniently by the river.

The staff is polite and caring. Their attentiveness. Front Desk Manager New was especially courteous and kind. He even assisted me with dinner reservations.

My balcony room overlooked the riverwith fine views. The king bed was so comfortable with perfect linen and pillows. Rooms always get cleaned.
