the staff were fantastic from beginning to end the rooftop pool was a beautiful sun trap i was given a suite it left my girlfriend speechless with the size and street view i loved the warm welcome on arrival.
the rooms did not insulate sound well i could hear the room next to me clearly i also heard outdoor activity a cab station was outside my window with activity throughout the night i got very little rest the food was very low quality and not properly cooked.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They made check-in efficient. I appreciated the rooftop pool area that had city views. There were many sun loungers available, so I always had a place to relax. I also enjoyed the cocktails from the bar.

the rooftop pool was a great feature, especially after a day of sightseeing. i appreciated that the location allowed us to walk to many attractions. the breakfast buffet had a good selection, covering different dietary needs (i saw gluten-free options).
The air conditioning was not adjustable enough. I found it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature.
