I appreciated the central location. MANY restaurants and terraces were nearby. Public transportation options are close. The direct bus from the airport stops within a five-minute walk. The breakfast was a positive, with friendly waiters and value.
The manager was apparently unaware of any noise issues. Reading other reviews, I noticed noise issues are mentioned. The hotel offered an upgrade upon check-in.

excellent central location with perfect service

i loved the central location it was so easy to get around i walked to major attractions easily the staff were amazing they provided excellent service and were always ready to help the breakfast buffet was huge with lots of choices and i noticed that every taste was catered for the rooftop bar had lovely views i was really comfortable there. i found the bedrooms large with ample wardrobe space i had no issues storing my luggage and clothes the bathrooms were spacious with a great shower i enjoyed the powerful water pressure the staff. the helpful reception was always staffed and they greeted me with a smile every day i really appreciated this personal touch.
the only small issue was that the street noise was a little noticeable at times however it didn't disrupt my sleep too much

this hotel is located a minute's walk from plaza catalunya rambla and university square it is very close to public transport options like metro and bus lines making it very easy to travel around the city's hotspots. there are many shops and restaurants around the hotel

my room included an espresso coffee machine it made a perfect early morning drink every day the bathroom had a rainfall shower with great water pressure and there was plenty of space to store all my toiletries and personal items i found it to be a clean and well maintained space

i guess, the 'classic room' i get was, like, a bit of a letdown, no? it felt kinda like a box. and the view from my room? lets just say it was of a wall. plus, the noise from the street kept me up. it was like a party outside my window every night, so not a relaxing sleep, street noise

The room size was a real issue. Space was limited, it was hard to move around freely.. The noise from the hallway was noticeable at times. I could hear conversations and other guests passing by. This did affect the overall peace in the room. The limited natural light.
