really good tranquility and perfect service
fine decoration beautiful beach
The palm mansion room featured fine decoration and an oversized balcony. i enjoyed beautiful beach views from the balcony! all restaurants were really good, including the 2 michelin star stay restaurant. breakfast service was very special. The outdoor setting was amazing.
The pool was quite dirty, containing a mixture of gel and dirt. i spent 15 minutes waiting in the heat for assistance. This was very inconvenient. the situation was unacceptable, so we decided to leave.

The staff was attentive and genuinely wanted to help, always cute me with smiles. andrei, my host, looked after every need impeccably. rahul sharma, the general manager, greeted everyone with grace. I appreciated this.

I loved the attentive service. Staff addressed me by name everywhere i went. the cleanliness was perfect, i noticed staff continuously maintaining all areas. i appreciated the convenient boat transfer to other destinations. my room had high-quality linens. I slept soundly each night.
I found the bottled water in the minibar to be quite expensive. It's something i would have expected to be complimentary.

Zest offered an extensive breakfast buffet with many options. i saw fresh juices and pastries available every morning. the outdoor seating at 101 offered views. I enjoyed watching the sunset. the staff was attentive, immediately refilling drinks.

The hotel offered direct beach access with soft sand. the area around the hotel was quiet and peaceful. I felt secluded. the boat transfer provided easy access to nearby attractions. i found taxis readily available at the hotel entrance.

positive energy great care consistent service
The staff showed genuine warmth and positive energy . Teddy, Charmie, and the Chef provided great care. They consistently were really nice, so I always choose this hotel. The attentiveness made a difference, and I commend their service.
My call was rejected a few times, but I finally reached someone.
