decent stay overall

clean room comfortable bed spacious balcony poor breakfast missing mirror lacking detail

the room was super clean. the bed was comfortable and spacious (i slept like a baby!). i had views of the city from the balcony of the room. the bathroom was also amazing, mainly the shower.

the breakfast was not very excellent for the price. there was no mirror in the room, i found this quite inconvenient. the hotel needs more attention to detail in certain areas.

The location was convenient. I could easily walk to the city center. The breakfast offered many options. I liked the fresh fruit. The hotel offered a transfer to the airport for 10 euros. This was a great alternative to taking a taxi.

Sometimes, a queue formed at the entrance during peak hours. The price for my stay felt quite high. I expected more for the money I spent.

the check-in was super smooth with a genuinely friendly lady who made my day by upgrading my double room to a suite!!! the suite was massive and included two beautiful balconies plus a king-size bed. the staff spoke english very well and they were really helpful! i especially want to shout out to two evening guys who always provided assistance with a smile. breakfast was AMAZING!!! so many options, including fresh fruit, yogurts, eggs, and bacon.

The location was special for me. every staff member seemed genuinely friendly and accommodating, a testament to their dedication. the bathroom was especially wonderful, boasting double sinks. It was quite convenient. breakfast tasted delicious and the dining room offered a pleasant start to each day.

The parking situation presented some inconvenience. i was informed of a discount upon checkout. however, i found no attendant available to honor the discount in the car park. i ended up paying the full amount. I believe a smoother system for applying discounts would enhance the experience.

wonderful experience, great location!

perfect location friendly staff spacious room

the hotel's location was perfect. i found the staff friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the room was spacious and had a wonderful view of the surrounding area. i appreciated how close it was to many restaurants and shops.

the bar roof terrace had potential, but i thought it could use some improvements to enhance the overall atmosphere. it would be great with more comfortable seating and better lighting. this would really make it a more inviting space!

The location was really convenient. It was easy to get around to different places.

The room seemed smaller than expected and felt a bit cramped. The bathroom lacked proper ventilation, so it often felt damp after a shower. also, the minibar prices were HIGHER than advertised, annoying.
