The bed was comfy! Everything looked recently cleaned and new. I loved the design of the rooms. Staff were really kind, especially when storing our luggage after checkout. I could still explore the city without heavy bags. This service was really helpful!!!

The location is excellent near the Aldgate East Tube station. Brick Lane is nearby. The tube provides a short ride to tourist spots. Liverpool Street is within walking distance, so getting around was easy.

I found the staff friendly. The self check in machines worked well. Breakfast had a wide range of choices. It was nice.
Our room seemed more shabby than chic. Maintenance man did not arrive, so we got a heater to use, but it started to smell like burning immediately. The room heating never worked the entire weekend.
