My room, number 1112, impressed me. I appreciated the relaxing atmosphere and excellent facilities. Clean pools and a lovely beach added to the experience. The food was tasty and offered perfect varieties. Above all, the staff impressed me. Nabil and Hussain at reception, Ahmed in housekeeping, and the restaurant staff were all perfect.

I noticed the walkways were slippery, and I almost slipped a few times. I also saw other guests having problems with the polished surface. I think this is a point that could be addressed to improve guest safety.

The all-inclusive system is excellent. The aqua park offered many fun activities for the kids. I found my room nice and clean. The housekeeping team did an effective job throughout my stay, ensuring a comfortable and tidy environment. I was pleased with their service. my family had a satisfactory experience, and we would definitely consider returning.

I found that you have to pay for any drinks after midnight even if you have all inclusive. This came as a surprise, as this has not been the case at other places I've been. I think there should be at least some later services without extra charge.
