the staff were wonderful. the hotel was very nice. i appreciated the gym and sauna. i needed to change my room and the hotel was very accommodating. i had a lovely stay overall.
i would have found a first day orientation chat helpful to get to know the hotel and the excursions that were available.

the resort included a basketball court for recreational activities. there was also an on-site supermarket for convenience. i saw a pharmacy for any necessary supplies. shops were available for souvenirs and essentials.

my thai restaurant offered delicious food. the waterfall restaurant had good meals, and cot d zeur served amazing food. all food was prepared to high standards. meat quality was fantastic there.

The room was restocked daily with soft drinks. This was convenient. The grounds were well-kept, and everything looked pretty. A bus ran throughout the resort. It made getting around easy. I found the staff to be amazing. They were really friendly.
The resort is large. The shuttle came only once every 10-15 mins. I still had tons of walking to do in between.

Choice of food was amazing. Outlets located all around. The chief from the Indian restaurant were really good. New Year's Eve featured food, drinks, and entertainment, giving around 1000 guests the best night ever.

The location was convenient with everything easily accessible. There was direct access to a private beach. This included a swimming area in the sea. It was perfect for viewing coral and fish.
