the room was lovely and large with a big bathroom. the beds were very comfy. i stayed on the 8th floor, it had a wonderful view. the room wasn't noisy.
I did not like that the hotel credit card machine did not accept an egyptian bank euro currency credit card for check in. the beach is not sand though. It's coral with a dock to walk out on to go swimming.

i had a birthday , and the staff upgraded my room! the chef-cook in the main restaurant sent congratulations and a very tasty cake. the hotel spa is very good! i received a birthday gift there as well. julia and fadhi at reception were amazing.
One issue was water pressure in the bath. It was so low it took two hours to fill. i complained, but i was told the water pressure is the same all over the hotel. it was quite inconvenient.

My ten-day holiday was really good. the food variety was amazing, and everything tasted great! the chefs were attentive to the buffet, keeping it tidy, well-presented, and fully stocked. This prevented the typical mad dash i often see at hotel buffets. when my son was sick, the head chef even prepared a special meal and delivered it to our room, a kind gesture.
during my stay, i noticed some public restrooms around the hotel were not consistently flushed and hygienic. this was a bit disappointing, given the overall high standards of the hotel.

The waiters, especially michael, mohammed mahmoud, and zaher, were really good. They remembered our preferences and always made sure we had a table ready. mina at the 7th-floor bar was funny and charming, he always remembered our drinks and engaged in genuine conversations.

Our housekeeper, moustafa mahmoud, kept our room super clean and well-stocked, and each day he created unique towel decorations on our bed. the reef just off the beach provided amazing snorkeling opportunities. I saw puffer fish, lionfish, and countless other colorful fish!!!

wide selection
I just came back from a wonderful stay. the food was really good, especially the wide array of grill options available. I found something new and delicious every day (the chef deserves high praise!). from the warm welcome at the reception to the attentive service at the beach and in the restaurants.
