The location is excellent. It's close to many nice restaurants and the ferry terminal. the staff were attentive and accommodating . my room was clean and well-kept, which i always appreciate.
the small picture window in my room somewhat obstructed the view of the bridge.

the staff quickly showed me an easier way into the hotel. they gave clear directions. the staff also told me about the best spot to take amazing sunset pictures.
i found toenail clippings on the bedroom floor. the black cups in the bathroom had dust. the adjoining room door offered zero noise protection from next door.

I enjoyed the hotel's location near the harbor. Access to tourist areas was easy, so classic attractions were very close. The staff was lovely, and I found them very helpful everywhere. The rooms are close to the water.
I noticed the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak. This could be because of the age of the building and its location. It was a minor inconvenience.
