spacious room modern design dual sinks helpful concierge
the room was spacious with a modern design. i found the bed comfortable and the bathroom featured dual sinks, which i appreciated. the staff were always available and addressed my requests promptly! the concierge helped me find great local spots.
the lighting controls in the room were a little confusing at first.

faulty tvs missing bench
the rooms are always clean.
The staff were not great this time. i had two tvs, both were cutting out. clearly, someone who designed the gym has never worked out in one. There was no adjustable bench.

the location was acceptable as it was close to various dining options.
The staff attitude was poor. I found them unhelpful. the minibar did not cool properly. warm water was the only option during my entire stay. also, the cleaning staff moved my personal belongings too much.

superb luxury stay
modern rooms immaculate room helpful staff
I found the gym had enough equipment. rooms are modern and the cleaners were some of the best. Our room was immaculate and very cute. poppy at the front desk was really good, i think she should be replicated with the other staff. all staff were helpful.
the button labels for lights and curtains are small. i found them hard to read, so a remote for these would improve convenience. toilet space lacked an inbuilt fan, impacting ventilation.

The jewel suite was spacious and presented beautifully. The room had a relaxing feel! the bathroom was huge. the bed was also very big. space was generous, however, we didn't utilise much of it.

The staff, especially ali, provided amazing service. he helped us out and his friendly face welcomed us to the hotel. the service enhanced our stay. The subtle details elevated the accommodation to really good levels.

The location is excellent! the gym offers adequate equipment for burning off the food and drinks. outdoor pool usage was convenient. It had a heated section. it's good.
