the hotel's location allowed easy walks around the city. the hotel was clean, and the rooms felt both clean and looked beautiful. i found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful (always a plus!).
the breakfast was just okay, i thought. i felt there could have been a wider selection of food.

the hotel offers a fast elevator for easy access to all floors. there is also luggage storage available after checkout; i used it to store my bag after i checked out. that way i could freely explore the city until it was time to go to the airport.

the double or twin room included a thermostat for controlling the room temperature, which i really liked. the bathroom had a large shower area; it was easy to maneuver within the space. the beds and pillows were comfortable.

breakfast included coffee, and i was happy to see fruits offered every day. the hotel is located near various shops and restaurants; there are many close options for meals. (i especially liked the cafe around the corner!).

location was great, really central. staff was friendly and breakfast had a good assortment of food. i think the room reminded me of home, it was comfortable.
the bathroom had a glass door. it lacked privacy this way and the window in there had no blind. light pollution was a real issue.

The location was convenient. It was close to the metro and within reasonable walking distance to Atocha train station. A helpful 24-hour reception handled late arrivals and early departures efficiently. The staff explained the best ways to reach different destinations for day trips.
The bathroom had a glass door with little privacy. a bright window lacked a blind. Light pollution from outside made it difficult to darken the room completely. This made sleep challenging.

The location is fantastic. The staff are kind. They are attentive. They are always willing to help. The room was spacious. It was comfortable for three people. It had a pleasant street view. The beds were very comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean. The bathroom was large and well maintained. It had a bathtub. That was a real plus.
The front desk staff were rude. We queried room type. We queried cost. We queried standard of cleanliness compared to rooms that our family members booked at the same cost. We were dismissed. I felt uncomfortable. The bathroom was filthy. Metal floor join was very dangerous.

The location was fantastic. It was easy to walk to many restaurants and bars. The daily breakfast was excellent for the price I paid. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The front desk staff were rude to me. I queried my room type. I felt uncomfortable with their response. There was a lot of light coming from the bathroom window, annoying.

The staff demonstrated top cordiality and a professional attitude. The location proved ideal, being central to many key attractions. I found the air conditioning worked effectively, maintaining a comfortable room temperature. The breakfast offered an excellent assortment of food (I especially liked the fruit!).
The glass bathroom door allows a lot of light into the room even when closed.
