The staff was very friendly and gave me helpful tips for local spots. My room included a super clean shower with good water pressure. The hotel is conveniently close to both the train station and the Prado Museum. I liked having coffee available all day.

charming stay in a great location

I really liked how smooth the check-in process was. we received an upgraded room upon arrival (it was a pleasant surprise). we booked a standard room initially, but we were given a suite, fantastic. the location is excellent. We were close to museums, restaurants, and city landmarks.
I found the floor material a bit odd. I am not sure how easily it is cleaned.

the staff was attentive and helpful throughout my stay. roberto offered helpful suggestions and even booked taxis for us. i was very happy with their kindness and responsiveness (it made a big difference).

breakfast was unpretentious yet satisfying. i enjoyed the simple offerings (especially the fresh fruit). the coffee was quite good, and a coffee machine was always available and free of charge.

the suite was super clean, spacious, and comfortable. the bed was quite comfortable, and i appreciated the minimal outside noise. the bathroom and toilet were separate, which i found convenient (a nice touch).
