Wonderful Stay Near the Park
superb location morning walks helpful staff
The hotel location prove superb, almost directly across from El Retiro Park. My morning walks were so very accessible. I find our room spacious. Staff gladly stored my bags as I pick up the car rental.
The walls looked thin. I perceive a bit of noise from adjacent rooms. This may be a problem for light sleepers. Next time I'll bring earplugs just in case.

The room feel luminous with natural light, greatly appreciated. I admire the design choices, particularly the blackout curtains, which work effectively. The walk-in shower prove very accessible, especially nice after a long day.

I adore the location. It faces the park right across the street. The shower facilities were fabulous. It.

Acceptable stay near the park
dated decor poor soundproofing
The room decor seemed a bit dated (especially the bathroom fixtures). I noticed the soundproofing could be better. Noise from the street was noticeable at times. Breakfast was good, but the dining area felt cramped during peak hours. There were not many available surfaces, so it was hard to storage our belongings properly.

excellent location and service
helpful staff special breakfast accessible entrance convenient location
i found the staff helpful and kind. they promptly prepared a special early breakfast because of my early departure. i was especially happy that i got a room right next to the one i was travelling with. the hotel entrance is accessible without any stairs, convenient.
the room decor was cheap and gave the impression of particle board wardrobes, which contrasted with the historical building.

the hotel is right across from retiro park. museo del prado is also within a short walk. the 203 express airport bus stops nearby, providing convenient transportation.

the buffet breakfast includes many options, providing ample choice. there are three rooms to eat a quiet bite in. the staff suggests alternatives if you are unsure about where to start.

the hotel is located very centrally and is very close. retiro park is right by the hotel. i found two metro stations nearby. alcalá street offers a plethora of nice restaurant options.
