Wonderful Stay Near the Park
superb locationmorning walkshelpful staff
The hotel location prove superb, almost directly across from El Retiro Park. My morning walks were so very accessible. I find our room spacious. Staff gladly stored my bags as I pick up the car rental.

The room feel luminous with natural light, greatly appreciated. I admire the design choices, particularly the blackout curtains, which work effectively. The walk-in shower prove very accessible, especially nice after a long day.

dated decorpoor soundproofing
The room decor seemed a bit dated (especially the bathroom fixtures). I noticed the soundproofing could be better. Noise from the street was noticeable at times. Breakfast was good, but the dining area felt cramped during peak hours. There were not many available surfaces, so it was hard to storage our belongings properly.

i found the staff helpful and kind. they promptly prepared a special early breakfast because of my early departure. i was especially happy that i got a room right next to the one i was travelling with. the hotel entrance is accessible without any stairs, convenient.
