I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were extremely clean and modern, but the location left a lot to be desired. The service was friendly and accommodating, though the dining options lacked freshness. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and very modern, equipped with everything I needed including a fridge, iron, kettle, and rainforest shower. The rooftop and pool were big enough and well-equipped.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming, always ready to assist, even with last-minute requests such as arranging a river cruise. They were flexible and understanding, which was great for our changing needs.

Location

The hotel is a bit far out of town and doesn't offer great views from any angle. However, the rooftop bar with happy hour was a nice spot to enjoy cool evenings, and getting around by tuk-tuk was convenient.

The dining experience was a bit lacking in freshness, but the sky bar had some great offerings. The selection was okay but could use more attention to detail, like with the cottage cheese.
