Excellent service and well-equipped rooms
welcome drinkspacious roomequipped kitchenettebreakfast option
the staff were helpful. they gave great service. i appreciate the welcome drink at check in. the room were spacious and had a well-equipped kitchenette. there were a tv in the bedroom. it was amazing. breakfast was very good with many options.
it was hard to get to our floor sometimes. we had to wait.

the hotel is close to several attractions. a tesco supermarket is very near. it's convenient for picking up groceries. earl's court station is a short walk away. this gives easy access to central areas.

good breakfastrude staffno housekeeping
the hotel provided good breakfast with lots of options.
the reception staff acted very rude sometimes. wait times at reception often exceeded 30 minutes, and the staff lacked customer service skills and basic manners. i stayed for three nights, but my room was not cleaned even ONCE.

The room was not cleaned to a high standard. there was dust on the coffee table, and it seemed a deep cleaning was necessary.
