Excellent service and well-equipped rooms
welcome drink spacious room equipped kitchenette breakfast option
the staff were helpful. they gave great service. i appreciate the welcome drink at check in. the room were spacious and had a well-equipped kitchenette. there were a tv in the bedroom. it was amazing. breakfast was very good with many options.

the hotel is close to several attractions. a tesco supermarket is very near. it's convenient for picking up groceries. earl's court station is a short walk away. this gives easy access to central areas.

mixed Feelings About the Stay
rude staff no housekeeping
the hotel provided good breakfast with lots of options.
the reception staff acted very rude sometimes. wait times at reception often exceeded 30 minutes, and the staff lacked customer service skills and basic manners. i stayed for three nights, but my room was not cleaned even ONCE.

dusty coffee table limited lifts
The breakfast was quite acceptable. There was a reasonable selection of food.
The room was not cleaned to a high standard. there was dust on the coffee table, and it seemed a deep cleaning was necessary. i also found there were only two lifts available for a hotel with over 150 rooms. Waiting for an elevator seemed like an eternity sometimes.

useful additions lovely seats
the room featured a fridge and dishwasher, very useful additions. the breakfast was good with plenty of options.. the seats outside the hotel were lovely in the sun.
i found that i could hear people in nearby rooms rather loudly.
