modern hotel near attractions

perfect location walking distance shiny room good staff

i liked the location a lot. it was a perfect walking distance to bigger attractions. the hotel was shiny modern, i felt it was clean. staff members was professional and good.

The sink was immediately behind the door. It seemed odd.

The gym had good equipment the bar was also nice

The bed cover had a stain it was not changed also two cider bottles were not removed from the room i found this quite odd

the service was WONDERFUL at the hotel. the staff at the front desk helped a lot and were nice. Location was near the sights. The hotel breakfast is good and it has options.

the room was very SMALL. there was no place to put clothes. There was no dresser.

I found the staff helpful . Good water pressure and consistent temperature were much appreciated. Quality linens and sufficient work space added to the positive experience. Often cabs waited right outside the hotel, which I found convenient.

I found the location excellent. It was easy to walk to westminster abbey and the houses of parliament. the room included tea and coffee making facilities. i appreciated the fast and efficient elevators. the complimentary toiletries in the bathroom were a nice touch.
